ENERGY
We are energetic beings transmitting and receiving ENERGY – our energy has a VIBRATION.
When our energy is heavy with fear, doubt, or stress, life feels hard.
When our energy is light with joy, confidence, and love, life begins to flow.
And, our life is not just shaped by our actions, but by our energy.
EMOTION impacts VIBRATION
Our emotions carry a frequency/vibration.
- Low vibration: fear, shame, guilt, anxiety, anger, and your body feels heavy
- High vibration: courage, love, peace, joy, and your body feels light
Low states contract our body and mind, while the high states expand our awareness and possibilities.
How we feel, our inner state impacts how we vibrate and the energy we send out.
As you know our emotional state affects our:
- Health (stress vs calm nervous system)
- Clarity and decisions
- Relationships
- Ability to attract opportunities
RAISE VIBRATION
You cannot be fake or pretend to be positive to raise your vibration!
You must genuinely, actively remove what is keeping you at a low vibration, such as:
- Unprocessed emotions
- Stress, fear, anxiety
- Negative environments
- Poor habits and inputs …
When you release all negativity, your natural state, which is powerful, calm, and aligned, will begin to emerge!
ELEVATE ENERGY
You do not need drastic changes; just small, consistent shifts to create powerful transformation!
Regulate Your Breath
Try slow, rhythmic breathing (inhale and exhale evenly).
This calms your nervous system instantly and brings clarity.
Meditate
Calm your mind, calm your body and connect with yourself. Be at peace with yourself and with your world.
Move Your Body
Engage yourself with activity and exercise that stop us from stressing by keeping us in the present moment.
No overthinking. No anxiety. Just pure presence.
Conscious Thinking
Be aware of your thoughts and feelings and every time you see your thoughts or feelings heading the ‘wrong’ way, actively shift to constructive, productive, happy thoughts.
Conscious Actions
Stop procrastinating.
Plan ahead; revisit plans every day to replan, schedule in your days to ensure you are productive and constructive. Be conscious of your actions too.
Feed Your Mind Wisely
What you watch, hear, and consume matters.
Choose:
- Uplifting content
- Inspiring voices
- Positive messages
Your senses are constantly shaping your energy.
Journal and Feel Your Emotions
Do not suppress what you feel, instead journal:
- Write it out (you can even write pros/cons of your actions)
- Process it
- Sit with it
When you allow emotions to move through you, they lose their power over you.
Choose Your Environment and People
Energy is contagious, so ensure you surround yourself with:
- Positive, growth-oriented people
- Real conversations
- Meaningful connections
Remember: Your environment can either drain you… or elevate you!
